Paper Flags (UK)

I have decided to use some of the Warflag designs for my figs, I have read the guide on the site but it refers to a paper I can not seem to find here in the UK, what paper have people in the UK used to print their flags?

Platoon fire

During the Nine Years War which nations were using Platoon fire?

Also, did any units use matchlocks with Platoon fire?

Pike position

As the number of pikes reduced during the period where were they positioned?
Did they stay in a central position or were the dispersed in the unit?

Are here any must have books for this period?

I havnt decided which part of the era to do, so I guess a general guide with some pretty pictures would be a good starter
