Barry, A few of us did a walk through of melee & morale action w/foot vs. foot and cavalry vs. cavalry. I must say, this is definitely a bloody affair! Barry, Will do. Our projected date is around Columbus Day here in October. I plan on taking quite a bit of photos. I already made a Colonial Americal Mod Game chart based on your guidance from the magazine article. Can't wait. Been wanting to do something with Indians. I haven't played any F&IW stuf...

Thank you. We ran this game game doing the "Optional Events" about every fourth turn. By the time disentary hit the British Brigade, the French center had collapse. Both sides were pretty beaten up; both sides started to take the defensive posture and the game was called a draw. Everyone had a great...

Out unit basing is smaller; 4 infantry figures and 2 cavalry figures per base. I created a ORBAT that we used to mark casualties.

Just picked-up WI#260, and look forward to recreating those New Englander scenarios. In your article, you mention "open order" How is a unit placed on the game table - a stand space apart?
