Whoa that is a lot of French love. I think that when a battle is lost; it does not matter if the French made mistakes or the Brits and Prussian did nothing but fall into the victory , which I think is dead wrong, it is still a lost battle. I do agree that Wellington would have been hard pressed to h...

Hi D I like your ideas and will probably use some of them. I do like your idea about the d3 your are correct it does not represent the proportianal aspect of the size of the unit. As to firing more rounds per minute than other nations this I don’t agree with, the tactic of the British line when atta...

Thanks for the response, and yes I am very quick to tinker with rules but the "engine" you have is excellent. The British fire power questions is one of those old time wargame myths like the French always attack in column. However, through out the period of the fighting in the peninsular the Brits e...

Do you have Adobe indesign, if you do I can send you the file and you can just change the distances your self. W...

Hi That would be easy, tell me how you base your figures. About 480 men in three ranks took up about 100 meters. So i need to know who much space 24 figures with your basing takes up. That will tell me what 100 meters is based the way you have your figures based.

Second game and questions!

Some questions and observations on our second game. Issuing MPs? When you are issuing MPs to your units, there is a modifier if the unit is outside of the Brigade commanders range. However, when does the commander move? The question relates to what happens as the Brigade carries out exploitation mov...

Hi all Finished the rough draft of the cheet sheet book. Sent it to Barry Tuesday to put up in the Warchest, but he has not gotten around to that yet. So any one intrested in a copy let me know. Thanks Barry
Already in pdf I am using Adobe indesign for the layout. I have a partial and it would be nice to put it up in the Warchest so people could comment.

What email do I send it to you. I will try the one on the home page.
Thanks

15mm Cheet sheets

Well about half way done on redoing the cheet sheets. First redone the lay out so that it follows the turn sequence, I hate flipping back and forward on the cheet. Second changed all the distances to inches for 15mm figures. Our figures are based 4x2 on a 4cm frontage so about 1cm per figure. It wor...
