Clarence,

Thank you for all your help.

I have the room from noon to six, but will need to include set-up in
that. I was planning on "advertising" the time to be 1 pm until 5:30.

I have a 6 x 8 table, but on this short notice I won't be bringing quite
as pretty a set up as yours!

Short notice game at FLGS--scenario questions

Clarence, Barry, I've been given the opportunity to put on an Revolution to Empire game at the local game store in San Antonio on Sunday the 15th of August. As such, I don't have a lot of time to make up a scenario and test it in any way, so I'm going to use your Historicon scenario. I've got a coup...

Barry, Clarence, et al. I got a chance to "play" R2E yesterday. I use the quotes since neither of us had played it before, and in fact it was my opponent's first ever historical game. (He's coming from the Dark Side--GW ) But he's learning fast--he already has several Perry and Victrix units! I thor...

Figure or head for Westphalian chevauleger?

Are there any 28mm figures that would make a good Westphalian chevauleger in their distinctive leather helmet? Or a simple combination of a figure and a head swap? It doesn't look (to me) like a Raupenhelm, althought I guess I might paint a dragoon helmet to look like leather... Or for Hesse-Darmsta...

Again, excellent articles

Thanks for sharing. Just out of curiosity, are your MDF boards really 2' x 4' straight from the store? I bought a small stack for my project and was well into the first one when some things weren't matching up. I went back and found the MDF were really 50 inches long, not 48! Arrgh. That first board...

Hi Barry,

For some reason I didn't get the latest ULB message. Please send it along when you get the chance.

Thanks,
