Your Danes can be part of the Allied army at Blenheim or the Low Countries in the WSS or they can be with Prince Eugene ion Italy. Plus, the can fight the Swedes in Scania or Pomerania in the GNW. The Danes are the most versatile troops of the period, IMHO. Go Danes!

Swedish infantry had yellow, white, or even red hose. If the cuffs were yellow, the hose were generally yellow or white. Don't know about Sparre, but I would follow Hall in the absence of any other evidence, since it was in French service and may well have been supplied by the French.

Dan Schorr's website has great articles on the Danish Army in the Scanian War and WSS. Any cyphers in the 1690s would be "C5.". If you can't find a specific flag for 1690s, I would default to the Scanian War flag.
