Yes, Blood and Swash by Buck Surdu. Simple ,card based, ideal for skirmish games with half a dozen figures per side. Adaptable for any period. We have usedthese at the Iron Brigade for Prohibition Wars, Ancients, Indian Mutiny, Dad's Army, French Indian wars (Last of the Mohicans), ACW, Western and Vietnam.

Bob , I bought mine from Lonnie Weiss at Brigade Games although they were on sale at Claymore (possibly the Old Glory stand).
they are also sold by Spirit Games in the UK.

Buck has his own home page http://www.itoc.usma.edu/surdu/

I gamed with him in the USA for a couple of years before he moved to Westpoint. He has also written a great set of Napoleonic rules called "Wellington rules" and "Santa Anna" rules for the Texas War of independence as well as his best know rules "Gaslight" for Victorian Science Fiction.

If you can't get hold of them let me know and I'll source a set for you. they were about £8 from memory. I have electronic versions of the various tables which I can email you.
