Well, well!
Would you look at that!
Stuart pushed our Ancient Forum into the New Age!
My first thought was..."what the hell? Am I on the wrong page?"
Well done Stuart, well done!
Cheers,
Günter

I was happy with the old layout, but you can’t please everyone.

Hey Everyone
Unfortunately we had to upgrade to the latest version of forum software to keep everyone and the board safe.
The old template could no longer be used with this so I had to do some work to make the templates available look as much as I possibly could like the old forum.
Hopefully it won't be too much of a change, and the forum should work on tablets better now.
Thanks
Stuart

Hi Stuart,
don't worry.
All Website owner had to revamp their stuff over the last Years, Thanks to "uncle gOOgle"!
I remember when Steve(my Friend and Sculptor) set up his new Shop page only to had remake it a few months after because of new rule:
Your Website has to be 'mobile friendly'.
I believe you still have to do a lot of work here?
"Section - What are you working on" still to be added, isn't it?
Cheers,
Günter

Thanks Stuart! You took the initiative whilst I and the whole Hilton Clan were (and still are) wiped out with the flu!
I know we needed to modernize but as busy people not actually deriving our bread money from wargaming I just don't have enough time to deal with every burning building on the estate!
You did a great job Stuart!
I am sure the Luddites like Dave will get used o it after 100 years.

Uhm...Ranks? Well, after what criteria are those ranks achieved?
if it is postings than several of our members with postings between 500 and 800 have been graded as MAJOR while some with less than 700 are MAJOR GENERALS

Very cool... I had the same issues with our old blog. Updates to the software platform made some of the coding useless. Onward and upward!

Just stay away from Tapatalk!
After tapatalk bought free forums I now get spammed with "updates" in my email about forums I've never been to or forums I haven't visited in about 8 years...

Given our ages, I think most of us work better on tablets.

True that! Madam where's me gout tablets ? (I tried to say Gout "P" then "I" then "L" then "L" then "S", but it wouldn't allow me for some obscure reason.... Must be a hipster swear word or summat)

Hm, I am no expert for the American Military Hierarchy and their Ranks but wouldn't a Lt. Col be a higher Rank than Major?
Sorry Stuart for bothering you
