Hundred Years War; First To the Strongest Game

Post by Atheling » Fri Jun 05, 2015 6:56 am

We dipped out toes into the highly innovative rule set written by Simon Miller yesterday evening. A very good set of rules despite our insane results with the cards!

Haven't laughed like that in a while... everything that could have gone wrong did in such a predictable manner that we all knew what was coming next!

You can read all about it on my La Jounree Blog here:

Yeah, there wasn't much to say about the first game as we kept drawing Aces and very low cards when we needed high and vice versa.... quite an exceptionally game filled with bad luck for both armies

It was bloody funny though

Oh, I'm going to try and get 8 bases of archers done for next week so I can sneak a unit on the table  :)
