Hello everyone! I have been reading this forum for almost a year... But finally i decided to register and post something
I fell in love with this period when I saw part of Barry's collection in Warlord's Pike & Shotte. So i put aside my other projects and began buying and painting armies for 1660-1700 period.
By now, most of my miniatures are Front Rank and North star 1672. I also have some foundry , wargames factory and of course Warfare Miniatures (sadly i have not found any retailer here in Madrid)

Here are the pics ( Sorry i'm new and do not know how to post bigger photos , so you'll have to click one or two times in the pic)
Tercio de Córdoba or "Old Greens" The flag though historical, is conjetural, it's not posible to asign a certain flag to most tercios of this time.

Tercio de Madrid or "Old Reds" (conjetural flag)

Tercio de Sevilla or "Old Purples" this one is from a slightly earlier period, and will become "Castilla Regiment".

Dragones de Valansart (dragoons of Valanzart) they are based in skirmish order . The flag is from excellent 's boeri "spanish armies of the league of augsburg war" book

Tercio Viejo de Dragones (old tercio of dragoons)

Spanish Artillery: These are Wargames factory... i bought them for their price, but i am deeply dissapointed with the quality... I'll post a comparisson pic with Warfare miniatures artillery soon.

Finally a Command base with a Spanish General... Probably Marquis of Gastañaga or Duke of Villahermosa, both Generals and Viceroys of Catalonia or Spanish Netherlands. Sorry for the pics quality

Well enough for now... I have also painted a front rank tercio of Toledo "Old Blues" but sadly is in my hometown, Cartagena so i won't be able to post it until i go there.
Hope you like them !!
Cheers

Thanks Friedrich Augustus, i have some flags from flags of war... they are stunning ! have gardes françaises, gardes suisses, la couronne and dillon regiment for my slow growing French Army. And the Spanish flags are post 1707 after Philip V reformed the army and abolished the tercio, so i need earlier flags (1670-1707 more or less )
I knew Maverik Flags but haven't seen them already in the pole with miniatures... so I dont know it quality.

Gunfreak thank you

Of course! hehehehehe despite being and unsuccesfull war for Spain, I like to collect my own country armies of this period because they are rather unique and full of colour.
