What exactly is Gewalthaufen?
The wikipedia article is only in german and Finnish.

Yeah, it was far too long for my liking.
The term Gewalthaufen or Gevierthaufen runs together with formations that the Swiss used.

As far as I see it the Term Gewalthaufen or Gevierthaufen states the formation of a Square of Pikes with the weaker parts inside.
