Umm how big to buy

Hi

Im thinking of purchasing a WSS army in 28mm. Im not sure how many units the average army people purchase. Any suggestions?

Average. Probably, 10 - 12 infantry battalions
Same cavalry and a couple of guns gives a good game
Finishable in a night.

I have just photographed the last chapter (late addition) to BLB2 : SAMPLE ARMIES.

Army 1. FRENCH: 15 units + 2 guns

6 infantry battalions (23 x 6 including pikes)
6 squadrons of Horse ( 6 x 6)
2 squadrons of dragoons (2 x 6)
1 squadron of Maison du Roi (1 x 6)
2 field guns (2 models + carts + 10 figures)
4 brigadiers (vignettes)
1 commander(vignette)

This I would recommend for a good FLANDERS starter!
