I know I could get the PDF but I'm a bit of a book snob and much prefer a physical copy.

Hmmm.. not sure about that. There will be, I am sure the odd copy kicking around in some store somewhere.

I am investigating the issue of a digital print copy right now but I am unsure whether to go ahead with this as the cost is significant for a relatively small print run.

Google hadn't prevailed so far but will keep checking. Hoping maybe I'll find a copy tucked away somewhere at Salute.

If another print run is done though I'll be sure to jump on that, thanks for the update
