RESOLVE in step 13

I need some clarification on this step. I am running a very detailed trial of the RtE rules on my blog. In Turn 4, the French gain the initiative, they are under ATTACK orders. the 2/66e charge and are repulsed, they become both disordered and under WAVER. I know they keep this WAVER state until the next turn (turn 5) unless they take casualties and lose it in step 13 of the opposing players phase. Do they test a second time though in step 13 of either their phase or the Portuguese phase of turn 4 because they are in a WAVER state.

Thanks John

WAVER in of itself does not cause a Resolve check. Circumstances which would put a wavering unit under pressure are what cause the checks.
Does this help John?

In the Resolve and Control check table it appears as a single line item in the 4th categories of reasons to take a check, thus my question.

John you are correct but refer to P100 reasons to check Resolve.. it provides a fuller explanation. The line you have highlighted in the table is actually redundant and not in itself a reson to check. It will need to come out when we reprint
