Spoke to David. Should be no problems booking rooms. Apparently the hotel don't need to take a deposit your room reservation details are enough!

Numbers seem to be still on the up which is good. If you haven't confirmed in writing to me and sent deposit could you please do that as soon as is convenient as the way things are going I don't want to turn people down to find we have some drop outs nearer the time. Many thanks chaps :D
