Thanks Barry and Phil and the others who emailed.This is what I have and hope it is also useful to all of you who are building ULB armies. i am working on the known uniforms of the British Regts. and wil sned all the info to Barry to post when completed.

For Scots in Dutch service:
The Partizan Press booklet by Sapherson The Dutch Army of William III has the following:
Balfour's (later Lauder's)... Red Coats lined Yellow
Mackay (later Murray)... Red coats lined red, or according to one source Red coat lined white. (Colours: white saltire on red field).
Ramsay's (later Graham's, later Colyear's)... red coat lined in white, grey-white waistcoat, breeches, gaiters. (Colours: white saltire on royal blue field, with gold thistle in each of the blue "quarters").
Strathnaver (later Lorne/ Argyll)... red coats (no other details)
Hamilton... ditto
Ferguson (later Portmore)... Red coat lined yellow. yellow waistcoat and breeches, white gaiters, yellow buttons. Fusilier caps (yellow front with two red lions rampant, red bag, yellow tassel and lace). Colours: white saltire on blue field.
For Irish (in Ireland):
King's regt of Irish Guards: Red coats, blue lining
Lord Bellow's; red coats, orange cuffs
Grand Prior's; Red coats, white cuffs
Antrims; red coats faced red
O'Neills; white coats, brown cuffs
Eustace's Red coats, yellow cuffs
In French service:
Mountcashel/ Lee; Red coats, green cuffs, red breeches, green stockings
O'Brien/ Clare; red coats faced yellow, yellow waistcoats, breeches
Dillon; Red coats, black cuffs, red waistcoats, white breeches
Queens; red coats, blue cuffs
Dorrington (formerly King's regt of Irish Guards) ; red coats, blue cuffs, waistcoats, breeches, white stockings
Berwick; Red coats, white cuffs, red waistcoat, breeches, white stockings
Albermarle/ Fitzgerald. formed from the old Grand Prior's.
Galmoy; red coats, yellow cuffs, yellow waistcoats, breeches.
Mark Allen's article in WI 54 (March 1992) is useful here, and has some nice plates, and includes Colours carried by the Irish.
