Chaps, a few of you have already written to ask me to bring orders for various bits and pieces so if you need figures. books, markers or shirts let me know and we'll save the postage!

If anyone wants to invade Saxony the weekend of 11/12/13th might be good...

Looks as though all of the Saxon army will be on manoeuvres in England! :) :) :)

Dear Friends,

Departure time for me. Hitting the road on Saturday or Sunday morning.

If some one is interested I will take the huge tome of the Saxon Army of the TYW with me to Derby.

All about my travel route at

Not long back from the hostile north(ish). Had a great time, thanks everyone for making it such a great weekend, especially Barry for organising it. Those swedes are damn scary, still sweating now, not sure if I'll sleep tonight :)

North??? It was a hell of a long long way SOUTH for some of us!

A great weekend and a superb introduction to 'gaming with BlB...

Although I've been interested in this period for around a year, this was my first opportunity to play it! It certainly won't be my last...

Now we're all thinking just how many figures we need to paint to match the Saxon horde!

Roll on next year...
