Barry,
would it be asked to much to get an updated version of the ACW Rules?
On the other hand if you intend to do on the 2dayer ACW and 4E I would like to know that as far as possible in front because that decisdes what Troops are to cross the Channel and when
Cheers,
Günter

Gunter,
The ACW & Crimea games will be the 1 day events only at the moment, so you don't have to rush to finish your Mega Army for ACW.
But you will definitely be bringing your Saxon hordes across the channel again next year.

Thanks Bob!
Good to know that there will be no speed painting needed
Question is what Saxon Horde...
The smaller one or the 'slightly' bigger one

Gents
Just working on/arranging the dates for the 2014 calander. Should have some dates and venue locations in the next couple of weeks. We are definately having 1 Weekender in Scotland, 1 Weekender in England (Derby) and hopefully an 'overnighter' for Partizan in May (gaming Saturday - overnight stay - then trip to Partizan on the Sunday).
More details and bookings taken shortly.
Cheers
Adrian

To ABB (no, not a Company)!
I don't want to sound too pushy but are there any news from this Frontline?
I like to book quite early especially the Ferry and Inn at certain locations! Also I have to decide from which direction I "invade" the countryside, fom the North or South (again)
Cheers,
Günter

Gents
Dates at last...!!!
We have got dates for a Scottish Weekender, in Dumfries, 21/22/23 March 2014
and
our England Weekender, in Derby (usual venue) 10/11/12 October 2014.
Full details, including maximum attendee numbers etc will be available by this time next week and bookings can be made from then. Although we now have 1 event both North and South of the border, guests are free to attend either/or and even attend both, if they wish (and yes Gunter, I've already pencilled you in for both...!).
I know a few previous guests have already expressed 'reservations' prior to even knowing the specific dates, and they will be able to excercise their options - so do not worry.
Cheers

Ade,
Thanks for this update and the pencilled booking. Starting to make arangements at once! Even as this are only 3 days each will be a 3 week trip for me
Btw., may I suggest to make the northern one a Grand Alliance and the Southern one a Napoleonic? Would be nice to see Bryce
Cheers,
Günter

Thank you for the kind thought, Günter, but please don't make any plans based on my potential availability. I'm presently working through a couple of health challenges with treatment schedules that are beyond my control. Thus, I'm unable to commit to any specific weekender dates at the moment--much as I would love to.
