Austrian/Imperial uniforms during the Franco-Dutch war

Post by Don Sebastian » Tue May 07, 2013 6:19 am

Does Anyone have any clue about which uniforms were worn by the austrian and imperial troops during this war? The russian military history site "Xenophon-mil" has information about their 1680s uniforms, as does John Mollo's book "Military Fashion", but I couldn't find anything about their 1670s uniforms.

Thank you for welcoming me! :D

I had already seem that picture, but I'm not sure if it's accurate. Were pointed cuffs already being used by that time?

Thank you for helping!
