Not sure about the last 20 years.
"From Pike to Shot" Charles Grant "The Spanish Army of Phillip V" James Hinds and "Lace Wars" Funcken all have the infantry with belly box and waistbelt from early 1700s.
Fawn/Lt Brown in colour and Grenadiers had broad belted bag over right shoulder to carry grenades.
Hinds quotes 1717 as the date for shoulder ammo box so I think it is safe to assume that the 1680-1700 period also had belly box.
