For anybody interested I've just posted pictures of my new mounted officer and foot dolly alongside figures from my own collection of front rank figures for size comparison as I have had a number of enquiries about size,as you all know scale preference is a very personal choice but I hope you think I'm in the right ballpark, the pictures are on my blog on my site eborminiatures.com,if any of you nice chaps could inform me how to add pictures to these posts I could save you all a bit of time.

good fortune and happy gaming Nick

Hahaha yeah Nick it's a simple process.
First thing sign up to "Photobucket" add your photo's and when you move your mouse over the photo you'll have four boxes with codes.
On the bottom box "IMG Code" left click and thats it copied, next goto your message box on the forum and right click your mouse again this time paste the code, but don't panic...you can place your code anywhere you wish and preview your photo and message before actually posting...simple as

They look good so far Nick. My own collection is FR at the moment but yours look promising. The horse is smaller than FR but this can be put down to horse breeds.

Will be looking forward to the foot figures.

First apologies fellas especially to Ray for not being able to figure out how to add photos to my posts, but of you go to my blog on my site eborminiatures you can see a couple of painted samples of the WSS horse, these are not the finished article yet as Bob is adding the front and rear saddle straps and carbines hung from cross belts and in saddle holsters but I couldn't wait to get some painted by the brilliant steve dyer hope you like them.

The painted cavalrymen look fine, Nick. My one quibble would be the size of their weapons : the dragoon's musket looks a little thick to me and the Piemonti trooper's pistol is totally out of proportion with the figure. It looks as if the man is toting a portable rocket launcher.

Nick,

Click on the link below...

http://photobucket.com/

Click on Sign Up...

add your details and a password...

Once you've done this add your photo's from your PC to photobucket...

Once you've done this move your mouse over the photo in your photobucket album and 4 boxes should appear with different codes and in the 4th box entitled IMG code left click the code and it should tell you that the code has been copied.

The next step is to log in to this forum and go to your thread where you would add a message. In the white message box right click your mouse and click paste and the IMG code is transported to your message.
Don't panic if you don't see the photo straight away as only the code will appear, to see the photo before submitting just click Preview and your photo should be there.

Simples,

Ray.

Nick,

As Mae West would have said, "Is that a pistol or are you just pleased to see me?"

The figures look great but the blunderbuss is just a tad on the large side as are the hands.

Regards,

Jim

Yup, what Jim said. The dragoon's musket is not only too thick, but also too short : it should be the same length as an infantry musket.

Nick,

Just my two penth...I'm not sure about the horses being the same proportion as the riders. In that the riders look too big for their mounts.
The other thing that doesn't look right are the horses tail's.
In the first photo the horse is standing therefore it's tail should be flat on it's backside and between it's hind leg's.
In the second photo again the horse is walking and at best troting and yet the tail is up as if galloping/charging.In this photo also the ears are lying forward when they should be upright as in the first photo.
Is that suppose to be a pistol or musket in the second photo, proportions are way out on that.

Regards,

Ray.

Thanks for your thoughts Ray,this gives me a bit to work on but I'd rather get these sorted now than after I've made the production moulds.
