League Of Augsburg - Fighting Talk

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the chap who put on the Siege of Athlone game on Sunday at the Alumwell show. A very impressive game that must have taken an age to create. Included some beautifully painted figures.

I was particularly pleased to spot some of the Danish Battalions as I am currently painting these up in 10mm for the WSS. The LOA period certainly appears to be far more colourful than the later war (not as much grey !).

We managed to get Best Terrain and Best Demonstration Game which was a nice surprise.
