Many Hands

Post by Dale » Sat Mar 14, 2009 4:17 pm

The van and driver will be at my house by 6.00pm on Friday. Would all available Gentlemen assemble there to help with boards, tables, terrain, etc. Please let me have names of volunteers lads. Many hands .....
Bob, would it be easier for you if we transported your terrain in the van rather than your car?
First post with my new ID. Avatar to follow when I find out what that is!

Zippity doo dah, :D :D
I should make it OK for 6pm Dale, and tiles in the van would save me a double run for the tiles, though I still have Martin's terrain and bit's'n'bobs which I shall transport in de car. :)

What do we have in the way of boards at the Guide Hall already ?
Total we require is 9 (6x4), 1 (8x4), 1 (2x2), and 1(4x2) though a spare in each category may be usefull for any last minute alterations

I won't make it down to Kirrie until after 7pm but will bring my boards and terrain with me then.

Thanks Colonel Dubs. Can you go straight to the Guide Hall and would anyone else not available for 6.00pm just aim for the Guide halls for set-up under the auspices of The Conductor. See you all on Friday. Cheers.

The Guide hall is on The Roods next to the main CO-OP. Approximately 30 seconds walk from the Airlie Hotel. See you there.
Cheers
