This is the resualt of about 5 days of painting and baseing.
Hastati, I gave them a blue white theme,

I partucularly love this commander, probebly the single best figure I've done.

I got quite good commnets on these, much better comments then I ever got for my Napoleonics.
And then I finished these principes today.

These had a white yellow theme to them, I kept the feathers the same as hastati to give a clear view that they were the same legion.
I decided to devide each line itno two wings, so with a legion having 1200 hastati and 1200 principes, each line is two units of 600, sothe hastati line is 2 units of standard size, same for principes, while the triarii will only have 1 unit. torepresent the 600. This means each legion is 2 hastati, 1 principes 1 triarii and two small units of skrimishes, one legi9on will also be one "division" in the rules. so each divison has 5 standard units and two small skrimsih units.
