Re: Lee Legion

Just one of the many probably apocryphal stories about American units. Who knows for certain? :|

Re: Lee Legion

It's been brought up elsewhere. I blame the Perrys for its use in their catalogue figures 'If it's in there it must be right' kinda thing :|

A left over regiment from a project of a few years back. My version of Regiment de Beringhen of la Valliere's Brigade at Blenheim completes the brigade:

Re: Elizabethan Ireland Project

Great reivers. I've been pondering an Irish 'transplantation' myself with the supplemented reivers facing up to a mixed force of Spanish regulars and local Irish.

Both guns are from 1970s/80s, right is all Hinchliffe, other I'm told is Prinz August. Picked up 2nd hand and re-painted. Mounted figure is another 28mm HaT.

Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre

Visited there today, sorry to say I'd never heard of it. Well worth a visit if you happen to be in the area. The model aircraft caravan is astonishing, a homage to Airfix, more 1/72 to 1/24 kits and other models, built or in boxes. than I've ever seen in one place.
