Re: Jacobite army lists

Mainly keen on Killiecrankie and Dunkeld for now. Might well move on to Sheriffmuir and Glenshiel in the future. Have also been looking at Cromdale (I live about an hour from the battlefield) but wonder if it has much to offer in terms of gaming possibilities; appears mainly to have been a rout. BLB...

Jacobite army lists

Hi; are there any Jacobite army lists available for the 1689-1719 risings?

Cheers

BLB - 'God is with us' event card

Further to my post on 'civilian' figures for these rules, I'm using a presbyterian minister and catholic priest from Redoubts ECW range as 'markers' for the above :)

Warfare Miniatures

Any word on when the cavalry will be available? Also, is there any prospect of a few 'civilian' figures? (camp followers, surgeons, baggage train, maybe a wee vignette or two).

Foundry late C17th range?

Is this range still available? - I can't see it on the Foundry site. There is a Marlburian range but none of the c.1690 figures without tricorns etc

Dutch flags

Having trouble finding flags for my Grand Alliance Dutch troops; anyone have any suggestions which don't involve making my own?! I got a couple from Flag Dude; they are lovely flags but a bit smaller than I'd like- I'd prefer to have the bigger flags which seem to have been popular in the late C17th...

10mm manufacturers

Have been building a Williamite Dutch army using the 10mm figures from Pendraken; they're nice enough figures but I wondered if anyone else does this period in 10mm as its always nice to have a bit of variety in ones armies. Any suggestions welcome! Andy

10mm GNW/LoA flags

Just started a Williamite Dutch army in 10mm using Pendrakens figures. I'm not averse to painting flags at that scale but wondered if anyone manufactures 10mm flags for the period; I certainly have'nt been able to locate any. Suggestions welcome! Cheers Andy

Dunkeld

Any suggestions for articles/books covering the fighting at Dunkeld as I would like to game it. Would BLB rules be suitable?

Flags

Can anyone direct me to a supplier of quality 28mm flags for the AWI and /or SYW? GMB are really nice but are there any other manufacturers of a similar standard?

Cheers
