Re: NOVEMBER 19th/20th 2011 Vietnam

Roll call needed for the Vietnam weekend. Please confirm your attendance to me or via the site. Plan is to run a series of small table games on the Saturday (probably One vs One) and then move onto a large table game for the Sunday. Empasis will be on everyone getting engaged in action quickly and h...

Just been looking at the Wargames Command post site at the FoA 1/56 Vietnam vehicles. Great range including an Australian Centurion tank.

Sorry just noticed that that Centurion is only 1/72nd.

Angus , that will all be very useful. Good to have some ANZAC troops available and we will need all the jungle we can egt our hands on. Noticed the following Centurion on Ebay which may be of interest. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Centurion-8th-Kings-Royal-Irish-Hussars-Korea-1950-/150639472257?pt=UK_T...

Re: VWQ makes it into MW

Clarence , they are a great set of rules and Kevin and I have had many's a game using them. We (under the name of the Iron Brigade) put on an ECW display game at Claymore in early August using your rules and could easily have sold a few sets given the interest in them. We are also planning on a coup...

Re: NOVEMBER 19th/20th 2011 Vietnam

Agreed , the NAM game is at Kirriemuir. I've been busy painting and basing my remaining NAM unpainted and will shortly start work on some of the plastic helicopter kits I have had sitting around for ages. We are going to need lots of jungle, spider -, trench systems, bunkers, paddy fields and other ...
