Re: New Ebor GNW

Hi, Thanks for the tip but I'm looking for figures to add to the 1672 range. :) A pack of Dutch Armoured Pikemen, for example, more infantry poses, artillery crews, high command and some dynamic cavalry would be welcome. There are at least four companies that I know that have figures for the late 17...

Any chance of releasing figures for the 1670-1680 period?

Re: Order of battle Seneffe 1674

There's a good account of the battle on the Tercios de Flandes site:

They look great but I would like to see more companies covering the 1660-1680 period.

Re: Franco-Dutch War 1672-78

Hi,

Thanks for the tips. There are lots of Dutch and German books but unfortunately I can't read those and there must be something in Spanish but I haven't found anything yet. The material available is overwhelming and I'm pleasantly surprised to see so many digitalized maps and illustrations.

Franco-Dutch War 1672-78

Hi,

I'm looking for online resources for the period (memoires, histories, iconography, wargaming articles, scenarios, etc). I've already found some great blogs and sites. There are many downloadable books available so what should I look for in Google and the Internet Archive?

Cheers

Re: information on Portuguese regiments

Hi, Even in Portugal the information is hard to find but I have some stuff that may be helpful. The texts I have need to be translated and I don't have the time to do it. I can upload scans if anyone is interested. Most infantry uniforms were a very light grey. There are brief accounts of uniform co...
