Re: R2E in massive Crimean playtest game!

I'm still trying to get over the shock of Mr O'Brien posting a link to the game report on PMT  And yes I did put a nice comment on. I noticed the Allies seemed to be in units of 24 for the infantry, what unit sizes were the Russians as we at our club are always "discussing" actual size of Rus...

Re: The Cause of Liberty

Wow, really nice unit Clarence and I like the way you based the command, so as to use the militia for differing units/states, hadn't thought of that for this period. I'd seen Dave Imrie do that with his French Naps but never gave it a thought for AWI, would work for some of the Cont + state troops a...

Like his SNP leader today, Barry has big ambitions to  We look forward to 1:10 scale Waterloo at Partizan one day, well one of me mates does as he's now doing what Dave Imrie (and are you?) was doing doing French units @ 1:20 scale but then being able to double up etc for 1:10 or 1:5 scales......

Very nice Dave, but I'd prefer them with 1870 French/Prussian pics on!!!
....or of course with AWI British/Rebellious Colonials on

On another subject, have you seen that new book from Caliver on French Uniforms of the Crimea, bet Aly has??
