In Portugal the Grenadiers were officially created in 1702 with one company per regiment and in 1707 another company was added.

Looks good. Maybe give some highlight on the uniform and dark grey and bits of bright yellow on the hat for depth. If you want more detail you can give definition to hands and face with a lighter shade. If you paint thin light-brown lines along the musket it will stand out and look really good.
