Edward,

You should really see the proper account; you know, the one with Errol Flynn in it.

Joe,

That is terrific. It would certainly take the biscuit for a command base. Where did you get the coach?

Re: How many figures to a base ?

Keith,

One of the most forgiving aspects of Republic to Empire is the use of a roster. You can have a battalion of 24 figures on the table top marked on a roster as having 23 figures representing 460 men.

Bill,

That is an impressive bit of brushwork. Pardon me if you've mentioned this before but, from where did you get the flags?

Re: 28mm Kettle Drums who makes them???

Ray (The Churchillian one) , I envy you. I've just wasted a Saturday morning waiting for a package from Front Rank containing 32 pre-1810 French dragoons that did not turn up. It's not FR's fault as they posted it yesterday using the Royal Mail "guaranteed" next-day delivery service through ParcelF...

Re: How late into the WSS can the Warfare line serve?

Does anyone but the wargames fashion police really believe that at midnight on 31st December (all calenders synchronised)1699 everyone was just waiting to turn their hats from floppy to those nice new tricornes All serious students of military history know that the changeover took place at 11:58 pm...

Re: 28mm Kettle Drums who makes them???

Hi Ray,

Front Rank (as you probably already know) do a kettle drummer figure for £1.10 so, depending on how badly you need some, you could cut the drums off that model. It would be a messy job though.
