I have used TAG, old glory, Redoubt and converted foundry for my ottomans for this period, brigade games ottomans also would work well. A Ottoman army is so full of opportunities
To, His Most royal majesty King James the second, by the Grace of God the King of England, Scotland, france andIreland, defender of the true faith etc. From: your most loyal and devoted subject and commander James Fitzjames, Duke of Berwick The 17th June in the year of his lord 1692 Sir, A note to ...
Superb sir, just superb,
Seriously these are really good, and you are making it very hard for me to keep my GNW project on track and not get a couple of boxes of warlord winged hussars
I tend to stick to army painter,
a 50/50 mix of soft and dark tone for skin,
the blue, green and red for those colours,
soft tone works great on yellow
Just a quick update on my GNW project, here is a shot of my force s far, Just been a Brigadier to have a small gaming force to start of with anyway, about another 9 infantry battalions and 14 squadrons of horse lined up to paint,
I must admit that is why I love this period of history so much, my collection covers engagements from the Monmouth Rebellion in 1685, through Ireland 1688/91, the WSS and the Great Northern War.
There is nothing better than multi use battalions
