In terms of promotong the rules I would have thought you would want to give them some exposure at shows . As such dealing with a few traders who do quite a few shows could be advantageous.
Now stop resting on your laurels and get the Napleonic rules out too!!

1715 highlanders are a good bit different from those of 30 years later. The good news is that Reiver castings will be releasing their 1715 range at Salute which will cover the Sherrifmuir campaign.

Field of Glory (or art of war that was) will be published by Osprey in February 2008. These are a good set of rules that I am enjoying playtesting. Fast play but good historical feel.

As a new member I am keen to get a copy of the rules as they stand as i presume the print odfthe new ones may take a few months. In saying this I accept the old ones will now be slightly out of date.
