I am about half way through, a good read with lots of useful images, only criticism is all the errors, lots of silly little things, the author can of course be forgiven as its not his first language but the editor should have picked some of this stuff up.

Personally based on my vast experience with the rules (total of one game) I would go for Veteran Elite for all the standard troops except perhaps newly raised units from later in the war like the Tremanning and Femanning units in Skania, and Guard for all of the Guard.
