1938 A Very British Civil War.

Don't know if any of you guys have seen this but it's done by one of the guys at our club, Simon Douglas.The book postulates a slightly alternative history where King Edward did not abdicate . It's more a source book than a set of rules but the possibilities seem fairly endless and we've had a good few fun games using amended WW2 rules. It also gives you a chance to use early war stuff and a few what ifs. Well enough produced for something a bit different.

Barry, you will no doubt have guessed that this is right up Colin's street and he has lots of figures painted up for it and had their first game a few weeks ago and there are pics and a write-up on Angus' site.

For those interested, Bill from Musketeer will be releasing some BUF types in the near future. It all looks like it could be a lot of fun. Of course. I'm awaiting for someone to release of NUM troops
