Indian Mutiny Claymore Pics

Post by Atheling » Mon Aug 04, 2008 3:53 pm

Hi,

Took a few snaps of the Indian Mutiny game at Claymore. By the time I had got around to looking at all the games I had very little time to take the pics so i just took the ones that looked prettiest :) .

Anyway, hope you like them :) .

Darrell, many thanks for these. I forgot my camera and wasn't able to take any shots of my own figures and demo game.

My favourite set of rules are now out of print and called "The Devil's Wind". They work well for roughly equally balanced forces.

I have been using Blood & Swash for small skirmish level games but have yet to find a set of rules that will work well for small numbers of colonial troops versus large numbers of natives (for the Sudan / Zulu War and IM).

I read that it may be possible to use the Legends of the West rules combined with the Alamo supplement but I haven't tried these yet.

I don't know if you've seen the latest Wargames Soldiers and Strategy which has a great focus on the Indian Mutiny.

thanks
