WARGAMES ILLUSTRATED - The "Old" One

Post by CoffinDodger » Fri Oct 30, 2009 1:43 pm

Gentlemen,

I have just succumbed to temptation and purchased the complete set of the nine CDs that contain all the back issues of WI from #1 to #225. The main reason is to follow the many articles from Barry and his ilk in the LoA demonstration games of the period covered by the BtLB rules. It will also no doubt come in handy for the other periods that interest me.

Now I am not lazy as a rule but, failing to find an index, do any members know which issues contained these reports? This would be a great help to me when I eventually start painting up my armies.

I realise it is a big ask, but mabye there is a list kicking about Barry's attic.

Regards,

Jim

Graham Cummings did an index on CD for the issues. I know he is a member of this forum so no doubt he will post a reply in the near future as to whether or not it is still available.

Rob,

Does Graham sell the CD? I've now got Barry's list but an index is definitely needed as the set covers some thirteen-and-a-half thousand pages.
