It's done already Darrell. Just waiting for it to be checked by 'ThinRedLine'.

Clarence will then I hope find time in his schedule to format it and we'll then make it available as a free pdf via YOUSENDIT. :)

Brilliant news! Can't wait...... you're certainly prolific Barry et al 8) .

I may have some British battalions that you may want to take a pic or two of(?).

I assume the R2E 'model scale' and basing suggestions will apply.

All my Crimean figs are base in single ranks, 3 figs for British, French, and Sardinians, and 4 figs for Russians.

that won't matter 19thCT. Combat groups of 4 is the key, basing irrelevant.

Just curious about others perferred basing style for Crimean - Single or double ranks of figures on each base?

As posted earlier, all mine are in single ranks of 2 - 4 figs.

Thanks,
Terry

A normal line in R2E is two ranks of figures which represents either a 2-3 rank formation, as formations don't seem to have changed for the Crimea I would assume that the usual formations would be used so you would just double up your single ranked figures.

Cheers

Terry, I am currently engaged in working on BLB2. I haven't even seen the Crimea manuscript yet - it should be quick to put together, but unfortunately it may be some time before I can start on it... :(

Many thanks Quindia for being honest about the R2R Crimean Supplement, timeline.

Looks like barr7430 spoke prematurely.

You can't take anything that scallywag says too seriously! :D

However, it will be FAST to make since the format is already settled (it will match R2E in appearance and layout) and when the manuscript is finalized, I'll add it to my juggling act!

Hell, it will probably come out before BLB2 since it won't be going to a printer!
