Dave,
I just got these in the post from Mr Andrews and I'm painting them up already. They are amazing castings!

The Crimean War has never interested me much but with figures like this that might just change.

Hi guys, Happy New Year to you all. I've managed to get the Thin Red Line finished over the break. Now I've got the 42nd and 79th to paint. At the moment, when I shut my eyes I see Tartan!

Beautiful unit Dave.. just like the painting!!!

I have done a lot of work on the Republic to Empire supplement for the Crimea. Clarence and I just have a bit of a backlog at them moment. Bad weather on the East Coast of the US is keeping Clarence out in his repair truck and away from the publishing software!

Once he is back in the groove we'll finish BLB2 and get the Crimean PDF for R2E out in the market. If you are up for it a few piccies from your collection may be very welcome in gracing the illos??

Let me know on an email or pm.. All the best to Aly and Happy New Year Nottingham!

Great job as usual Dave, now you just need lots of Turks to support them

Are you n Aly still aiming for Salute with a Crimean demo game and/or Partizan?

Cheers

I'm looking forward to seeing the rules, and it would be great to see some of our figures in there. We'll be doing a game at Partizan if all goes to plan. I'd better get painting the mountain of Russians on my desk!

He-he..... :)

In an astounding bout of self control I have managed to abstain despite starting my Crimea project as soon as GWM delivered their first casting to DT at Partizan last year.

It won't last..... .

Really gobsmacking

These would most certainly put my Foundry Highland Brigade well and truly in the shadows. The word excellent, dosn't quite do them justice
