Yes, the head swapping was blatant theft from Bryce

What do you use for the decapitation?
I've tried headswaps on metal before, but to much of the other stuff comes of to. Don't get a think and clean enough cut.

Just a hobby knife. I aim for the top edge of the collar at the rear and gently cut forwards. Once about half way, I try and flex the join to make cutting easier. It comes away before I cut all the way through. Then I clean both edges up with a curved file and drill them to take a brass rod pin.

The first of my brigade commanders:
In early 1812, Pavel Alekseyevich Tuchkov had command of a brigade in 3 Infantry Division within his brother, Nikolay’s III Infantry corps. Known in most sources as Tuchkov III, in the face of the French invasion, he commanded 1st Western Army’s rearguard as it withdrew to Smolensk and was dispatched to hold the critical road junction at Valutina Gora (Lubino). He was captured late in the day whilst leading a counter attack by the Ekaterinoslav Grenadier Regiment, having received a bayonet wound to the abdomen and a number of sword cuts to the head.
Lots more on Tuchkov III here, as well as extra photos:

Very nice, Stephen!
It's time for a "Group shot"
Russians are good for 'mass-Production'
Cheers,
Günter
