Spanish Village

OK, so after two years I've finally given in to having a section of the FORUM specifically set up to discuss painting techniques, display examples, show your latest projects and chat about this vital part of the hobby. Manufacturers please feel free to post up your sculpts, ask questions about what the gamers are after and generally promote your work.. no charge! Painters, please also feel free to post up your work for comment and critique. I can't promise the unreserved adulation characteristic of some other fora but I would hope you'd get constructive and measured comment!

Clarence

Really nice building/s.

Very impressive workmanship - even more impressive is how clean and tidy your 'painting area' is!!!

let's hope the British, French or Spanish gunners don;t reduce it to a pile of adobe rubble too quickly...

Superbly done, Clarence! Really fine 'weathering' effort on beautifully sculpted buildings! :D

Clarence,

Those are magnificent. Barry had debued his "La Half Sainte" at the Lundin Links weekender and within three turns it was a smoking heap; but an impressive smoking heap at that. The terrain as much as the troops and in some cases more so, is what I especially enjoy in a large game.

Great work! The terrain and these buildings are all making the game a real eye catcher!

Great buildings and they will do nicely for using BLB2 in Spain..or will that be another period for you to do?

Different set of buildings for the BLB game, but luckily I already had a few that fit the bill nicely, but I need to paint up a few walls to help define the village.

Hi Clarence,

Really nice terrain features and tiles, hope we get a battle report with pic's after Historicon.
Hope nothing too heavy attempts to cross that bridge as they could come to a watery grave.

Regards......Ray.

Clarence,

I'd get that bridge repaired before the "Health and Safety" crowd sue the arse off you!

Nice work, Sir.

That's a great job you have done on the bridge Clarence and with the village, terrain and your figures it's going to be a stunning display. I'm looking forward to seeing some pics of the game in action.

Cheers
Dave
