Some shots of my WIP (basing needs completing) Percy Battle for Otterburn.

Flags by Flags of War. Figs by Claymore Castings.
Thanks to Darrell Hindly for his tutorial on Saxon Dog blog re: doing L - shaped banners. It works a treat every time!!

More pics and details on my blog at: http://themetalmountain.blogspot.com

The light was fading when I took the photos so apologies for the odd slightly blurred one!

Beautiful figures- presume they are 28mm?

Now, who has the Douglases to whop them?

Very nicely painted. Figures are indeed 28mm. Are working on a set of rules for the period to complement the Claymore castings range of figures, happy to provide details if anyone is interested drop me a pm.

We will be showing the Otterburn demo game at targe this Saturday please drop by and say hi if you are at the show

As everyone has already said, these are lovely figures and great paint job.
I look forward to seeing them in the flesh at the show tomorrow.

Ian, it was good to meet up with you at the show yesterday and enjoyed our discussion about rules and as usual the game looked fantastic it's just a pity that yours and David's, Barry and mines and the Falkirk games couldn't be judged as we were the judges.
Cheers
Dave

David,

Very nice meeting you as well and I enjoyed our discussion and thank you for helping me solve a rules issue during our chat by getting me to think about it in a different way.

I look forward to more discussions and input from yourself in the future.

Jim, it was good to meet you again at the show.
Darrell's tutorial was posted back in March which is probably why you had difficulties finding it.

Thanks for all the comments.

Re: Darrell's tutorial - Thanks Dave, you just beat me too it!

The Otterburm demo game seems to have been a big hit again. Am interested to know how the new rules played out.
I look forward to finding more pics on the web!
