Hi,

Here's the finished article of the 66th (Berkshire) Regiment of Foot at Maiwand. I've had a lot of fun putting this together and I hope that you enjoy the pics as much as I painting the models.

The terrain piece has served as a nice piece to show off the models and the backdrop was a result of my Google Foo.

Super stuff! What colors did you use for the uniform?

Also just imagien how expencive that photo would be just 25 years ago, plane ticket to Afganistan to get the right backdrop ect.

Super stuff! What colors did you use for the uniform?

It's the lightest hue from the AK Paints British Uniform triad. I use Vallejo Model Colours Beige then Ivory to highlight- there are roughly six of seven highlights in some areas.

Yeah, wow! Never really thought of it that way .
