Ordered some victrix figs yesterday, and asked about the release dates for the Austrians, looks like late August, due to a few delays in production.
The gentleman i spoke to may have been asked about the Austrian release date many, many times
However he was still polite
Rather good customer service too.

Decisions decisions.
I am 8 figures away from finishing the 6th Division at Salamanca.
Now do I start Pakenhams Division(figures and flags already sitting waiting) or do I start on an Austrian division for 1813/14. I really want to see if a white spray and dip will allow super fast painting for these guys
Bill.
Back to painting the last 8 gunners and limber riders

Bill, when I painted my Saxons I first painted them in light grey then dipped them and highlighted in white. I was pleased with the result and this is probably how I will be doing my Austrians. You can see the Saxons doubling as Italians at the weekend.
Cheers

Jim,
Your French are just sprayed and dipped? Looked impressive.
Dave,
I have found an 'antique white' spray, was going to give that a try, see if it gives a slightly warmer colour than starting from a grey and highlighting up. I'll no doubt experiment with a few methods. Wish I could paint as well as some on here, but at the end of the day I'm happy if they pass the 3' test
Thanks for the input guys.
Bill.
