Its Powers Brigade that I'm currently painting, and if you look at my avatar you'll see his portrait. It is an AWESOME name :)

The 1/5th will be the next British unit on my painting table. followed by the 1/88th. Get the 2 big units of the remaining brigades out of the way :)

A little Christmas surprise is in store for all of you gents attending the Peninsular bash 9-11 December. I would call it 'a game of two halves'!
Be prepared for skulduggery of the worst kind and activities worthy of Sir Henry Simmerson himself!

You may call it sarcasm........I, on the other hand, prefer to refer to it as a humorous observation!!! :-)

Good News!

Our Veteran of Veterans Hugh McErlean will be joining us for the weekend. Some of you will remember Hugh as the upstanding septugenarian who played in the 15th June 1815 game on the Ligny table with Adrian, Paul and Bob.
Will be nice to see him again 8)

That means that we have 13 including myself..... unlucky.... for

Gerry...
Alan....
INSERT YOUR NAME HERE....

That's great news, looking forward to Hugh's company again ,I hope he enjoys himself as much as he did the last time.

OK.. JUST FINISHED THE TERRAIN. We have 16 x 6 feet of essentially new terrain. I have revamped the Spanish terrain I did for San Cristobal a couple of years back, built another 12 new tiles and repainted another 3. Hope to post something up later...
