Just posted a report of the Napolenic game we finished on Friday.

28mm French vs. mainly Prussia set in a fictional encounter:

Nice looking game and report Burkhard.

One thing to remember for future games is that line of sight is from the height of the base to the opponents base height not from the height of the figure, many gamers forget that rule. There looks to be a few points in your photos where troops couldn't have been shot at or charged from what I'm looking at but as long as both sides are using the same rule it wouldn't have spoiled what looks a good game.

Thank you guys!

@David (for some reason I did not get eMail notification of your post and missed it until today): not having played a game in 2012 we went easier on some rules. This was actually a bone of content in this regard.
When my Black Watch and Schlesische Landwehr decided to charge, Dirk commented that the later would not be able to due tomthenfact that their target was in the cornfield and therefore out of loss. So I replied that the target of the charge could hardly have turned around and marched through said field to fire at the Black Watch on the other side the previous activation. So we decided to take that one easy.

Burkhard,

The reason for not getting notification is unclear but Stuart seems to have fixed that last week.
