wargaming SYW / AWI in the Caribbean Theatre

Hello Gents, I would like to play in 28mm some of the battle / Skirmishes in the caribbean , like the fall of Havanna in 1762 , or the Spanish Conquest of Florida and Bahamas , or the failed British Expedition to Nicaragua ( I think) during the American war of independence.
For the Later battles I could use Perry Plastic British Infantry or foundry etc, But I'm afraid there are no Spanish miniatures manufacturer for second half of XVIII century... I have been doing some research but by no means I am an expert in this period... Could it be right If I use French seven year war infantry (like the one from Warlord games ) to represent Spanish Infantry in tricorns, and Austrian SYW dragoons for Spanish dragoons and cavalry ??
