A very tempting offer
But I have to resist as my budget is currently, for this month, stretched to its limits.
I know I need officers too for my troops but that will have to wait a bit longer

Not beyond the bounds of possibility but job, family commitments and other wargaming projects have prevented a return to the US over the last couple of years. Possibly HISTORICON next year is on the cards.
