PAINTING COMPETITION RESULTS!

Post by barr7430 » Mon May 21, 2012 10:00 am

At long last I rightly hear you say. I do not want to crowd the glory with stories of personal trial so suffice it to say, here are the results of the painting competition.

1st Prize Brandenburg Regiment 1690 : Kris Allsop

2nd Prize Papal States Infantry 1690 : Joe North

3rd Prize John Hanmers Regiment 1690 : Kris Allsop

4th Prize Regiment Navarre 1692 : Marc Watson

5th Prize: French Militia : Evil Ginger(site nom de guerre)

Congrats chaps!

I have modified the prizes so that Kris does not get duplicate goodies. Could you chaps contact me on wordtwister@hotmail.co.uk to arrange for the spoils to be sent and to specify what packs you want.

I will also post the pix that I have in the Warfare Gallery. Some unfortunately were sent in hard copy! so will not appear (sorry Marc )

Thanks to the judges, I was not expecting anything, total surprise. :) Grats to all entries and winners. There are no loosers when painting such fine figures.

I know there are a lot of other nice exmaples of painted Warfare units too but either people didn't enter, we're a bit late or are too shy!

I would like to invite ANYONE who has finished other units to send me photos so I can include them in the unit gallery. I want to build up a portfolio of what people have painted and are using.

cheers
