A mounted Swedish infantry officer would come in handy, or could one figure do double duty as a cavalry and infantry officer.
And you have to do Charles XII and Peter I personality figures...

Clib,
You might want to consider Russian pikemen kneeling with pikes forward and pistols drawn for use in the firing. The 1708 regulations called for every other man in the front line to have a pike. I've seen a few pictures that depict them as kneeling with the rank behind them able to fire.

After some repairs to masters the production moulds are being made over the next 2 weeks. Hope to have some Russkies ready for Antwerp!

Fantastic!
Those Russians sure love green, even their pikes are green.
Also i noticed you painted the quite dark green, almost napoleonic green.
I thought they used quite a lot lighter green back then?

I believe that the Russian Uniforms may have even been darker:-)

Intresting, that kinda screws over the Russian unit I'm making now, only 5 command left, and it's painted in quite a light shade.

This is well before the period of stable chemical dyes. Dyes tended to fade quite quickly when a uniform was tramped through the sun and rain and mud of a campaign season. Not really helpfully compared to a once a month re-enactor who puts his coat carefully in the closet at night rather than sleeping in a ditch with it round him...
