new project, The Riga Garrison Regiment

I have just done a text figure for a new project- the Riga Garrison Regiment. I will be using Dixon and Foundry Marlburian style figures for this unit, as I am sort of assuming that being away from the main army and front, the men of the Livonian Provinces were not the first in line for the new model coats and equipment.
